Today a topic close to my heart. Cured meat. I LOVE pancetta, prosciutto, guanciale... I could go on. Well-made salumi is so worth every single penny. While perusing the somewhat new, yet very spectacular, GILT Taste I saw the Porkucopia package from La Quercia and it stopped me in my tracks. This is the real deal people. Upon further research I don't know how I haven't heard of La Quercia. They know their stuff. This would make an amazing gift for anyone you know who wants to sing this song all day. Like me.-A
